The BUDDY SMBO

Delayed action surface marker buoys are fast becoming a standard accessory for every diver. All three buoys can be easily filled from your second stage or spare air system.

All buoys roll up neatly for pocket storage, external attachment or stowage in the custom SMB pouches now standard on all BUDDY Commando and Explorer BCDs.

Bright Red SMB Open-ended. No Valves. 20lb Buoyancy. Dimensions: 1.4 m long x 20cm wide.
 
The Perfect Signal Buoy
 
All three models are also available in all-yellow - which is ideal for use as a Signal Buoy. For example, as an emergency signal to warn the surface support of an impending 'out-of-gas' situation (or any other pre-arranged communication). A message slate may also be attached to the top eyelet on the self-sealing models. Available in SMBO, SMBC or SMBCi versions.
 
 
HiViz SMBs
 
All three marker buoys - the SMBO, the SMBC & the SMBCi - are now also available with contrasting red and yellow panels for enhanced visibility.
