BUDDY BCD Service

The cost for servicing a Buddy BCD is £89.00, this includes return postage to UK addresses* and VAT. The inflator/Auto Air and Emergency air cylinder fitted to the BCD is included in the cost of the BCD service.

If the inner bag is found to be punctured then the basic service charge does not apply. The jacket will receive a full service plus inner bag replacement but the customer will be charged for the new inner bag only.

Note: Inner bags since 1985 are covered by a registered first-owner Lifetime Warranty against material deficiencies and seam failure. Damage caused after the BCD leaves the factory such as punctures or chemical damage from cleaning fluids or heavily chlorinated swimming pool water are NOT covered by the warranty.

Auto Air Service

The cost for servicing an Auto Air is £37.00 including return postage to the UK* and VAT.

AP200 Service

The cost for servicing an AP200 inflator is £23.00 including return postage to the UK* and VAT.

Mini-Cylinder & Valve

The cost for servicing an Emergency Cylinder Valve and inspecting the cylinder is £31.50 including return postage to the UK* and VAT.

Mini-cylinders should be retested every 5 years according to 2003 regulations and test date-stamped the same as any other compressed gas cylinder. Alternatively, in the interests of best practice and safety, you could take advantage of our Cylinder Exchange - old for new - Scheme outlined below.

Mini-Cylinder Exchange

We offer a mini-cylinder exchange scheme whereby we exchange your old cylinder for a brand new one and service the valve:

The cost for replacing the cylinder and servicing the Valve is £66.00 including return postage to the UK* and VAT.

Note: If the cylinder is replaced with a BCD service the cost is £41.00 in addition to the BCD service. i.e. The total cost will be £130.00.

BUDDY Blast Air-Horn

The cost for servicing a BUDDY Blast air-horn is £19.00 including return postage to the UK* and VAT.

Factory Collection

If you are able to collect your serviced items direct from the factory, we will obviously deduct packing and postage from the above prices.

*Mainland UK only. Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and N.Ireland incur additional postage charges.
